Yarra Air
Yarra Air is a trusted Melbourne-based air conditioning specialist with over 15 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and HVAC solutions. Originally a branding client of SuperKind eight years ago, Yarra Air returned as their business entered a new phase of growth and needed a digital presence that reflected its scale, professionalism, and reputation.
Objective
The existing website no longer matched the quality of Yarra Air’s work. It felt outdated, lacked accessibility and SEO best practices, and didn’t inspire the same level of trust the business had built offline. The goal was to create a modern, confident website that strengthened brand credibility, simplified the customer journey, and increased enquiries.
Process
The project was a complete ground-up redesign and rebuild. Information architecture, interface design, copy, imagery, and iconography were all re-imagined to create a clean, professional, and easy-to-navigate experience. The site was designed and developed in Framer, allowing for rapid iteration and a smooth handover. Framer’s CMS enabled Yarra Air to confidently manage and update their content moving forward, without ongoing reliance on developers.
Outcome
The new website launched in late 2025 to overwhelmingly positive feedback. It now reflects the confidence and capability of the Yarra Air brand, supports their growing team, and provides a clearer, more accessible experience for customers. Since launch, website enquiries have increased, confirming the redesign as both a brand uplift and a business success.
